It was an unforgettable moment 🤩 for me when I first received the official Connect live invitation email from Google because I have never thought of selected by Google among more than 120 million local guides all over the world 🌎.
Everything was perfect in San Jose, California 🇺🇸 . I met with precious local guides from many countries, and Google well organized everything.
I was very grateful to Google and decided to organize many meetings for the Local Guides program and increase the awareness ️ of local guides in Istanbul.
As the first step, I organized a meet up with the attendance of 45 local guides 🧑🏻🧑🏽 from various cities of Turkey 🇹🇷, such as Istanbul, Bursa, and Kocaeli. Of course, my first goal was to get to know other local guides and create a robust community.
